Our Story

1990

THE BACK STORY

Roger buys his first camcorder and starts a wedding a video production company,

Eye on you video.

2017

RAINSTONE

Roger and Amy start a photography company as a fun hobby. Together they buy 2 cameras, 2 lenses, and build a website.

2018

1ST AWARD

Amy accepts an award from the Mayor of Tarpon Springs on behalf of her father and takes over the business.

2020

WE GREW

Amy adds new equipment and grows the team! RainStone Productions becomes a fully functioning photography studio with vendor affiliates.

Roger's daughter Amy and wife Peggy assist on weddings and Amy starts showing interest in the creative process.

THE APPLE

1991

Amy graduates from college for digital art ic photography. Winning awards for her photography and her art is showcased in multiple museums.

ART STUDENT

Real Weddings!! Amy starts booking, and employs her son Donovan. And the family legacy continues.

Amy Regenstein

PHOTOGRAPHER & DIGITAL ARTIST

Amy’s educational journey includes attending the P.C.C.A. Pinellas County Center for Fine Art and The International Academy of Design & Technology in Tampa, FL, where she graduated in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design. Currently, she is actively pursuing a Master of Fine Arts degree in Media Design.

Amy’s passion for wedding photography and videography began in the 90s when she collaborated with her father, Roger and his Wedding Video company. Since then, she has garnered acclaim, winning awards for her photography and fine art. Her distinguished works have graced prestigious venues such as the Salvador Dali Museum, The Dunedin Fine Art Center, and The Museum of Fine Arts in St. Petersburg, FL.

Amy’s artistic footprint extends beyond galleries; she has contributed mural artworks to prominent locations in the bay area, including Safety Harbor City Hall and a substantial mural at Pinot’s Palette in St. Petersburg, FL, where she also served as a painting instructor. With over 20 years of combined experience as an artist, photographer, and designer, Amy continues to shape the visual landscape with her creative expertise.

Roger Regenstein

Founder

Roger L. Regenstein studied at St. Petersburg College and the University of South Florida. After retiring from a career in medical imaging, he returned to his lifelong passion for photography. As a photographer, he implemented old school principals combined with new school technology.

Roger worked hand in hand with an extremely talented graphic designer, Amy Regenstein, his daughter, to produce your portraitures. It was his personal guarantee that he will deliver excellent results and while providing outstanding service.
